The Core Rule

DJ PC Tweaks delivers a live, human-performed digital service. The moment our technician establishes an active AnyDesk connection to your PC, the service has commenced and is being actively delivered. From that point forward, no refund will be issued — for any reason, under any circumstances.

This is not a physical product that can be returned. The service exists in the form of skilled labor, time, and expertise applied directly to your system in real time. Once that work begins, it cannot be undone or returned.

When You Can Get a Refund

A full refund is available in only two scenarios:

• Pre-session cancellation: You cancel before our technician connects to your PC via AnyDesk. Open a ticket in our Discord server before any connection is made.
• Force majeure / platform failure: We are unable to deliver the session due to circumstances entirely outside our control (e.g., AnyDesk platform outage, our technician unavailability due to emergency) and rescheduling within a reasonable timeframe is not possible. In this case, a full refund of the undelivered session will be issued.

Pre-session cancellation refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital service contracts. By purchasing on this website, you expressly request immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once our technician connects to your PC.

If you purchased but have not yet had a session and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before any connection is made — and before the 14-day period has expired — contact us at support@djtweaks.gg and we will process your refund in full. This right lapses the moment the AnyDesk session begins.

Non-Refundable — No Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following circumstances:

• Session has started: Our technician connected via AnyDesk — even briefly.
• Dissatisfaction with results: Results vary by hardware. No specific outcome is guaranteed. See our Terms of Service.
• Results below expectations: Your FPS increase was lower than published averages. Averages span many systems — individual results depend entirely on your hardware.
• Change of mind after payment: You decided you no longer want the service after completing checkout, outside the EU withdrawal window.
• No-show: You failed to appear for your scheduled session without cancelling in advance.
• Unprepared for session: You did not have AnyDesk installed, lacked admin access, or were otherwise unable to proceed after the technician connected.
• Partial session: You disconnected or terminated the session before completion — including at your own request.
• Third-party software interference: Antivirus or other software prevented the session from proceeding after connection was established.
• Hardware limitations: Your hardware was unable to achieve the expected improvements. Optimization cannot overcome physical hardware constraints.
• Data loss: You did not back up your data before the session. We strongly recommend backing up all important files and creating a System Restore Point before every session. Failure to do so is entirely your responsibility.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a session that has commenced, you are making a false claim of non-delivery to your financial institution. This constitutes fraud and a material breach of our Terms of Service.

In response to any fraudulent chargeback, we will submit all available evidence to Stripe and your card issuer — including AnyDesk session logs, connection timestamps, and Discord communication records — and we will pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus all associated fees through appropriate legal channels. Your account will be permanently banned from all DJ PC Tweaks services.

Before opening any dispute with your bank, contact us first. Reach out via Discord or email support@djtweaks.gg and give us 72 hours to respond. Most issues are resolved directly.

Goodwill Support

If you completed a session and feel your results were below expectations, reach out before doing anything else. While we cannot issue refunds for completed sessions, we may offer — at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis:

• A free follow-up session to address remaining issues
• Extended post-session support
• A partial credit toward a future service

This goodwill support is offered voluntarily and does not constitute an admission of service failure. It is not available to clients who have initiated or threatened a chargeback.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding this Refund Policy that cannot be resolved directly with us may be submitted through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact email for ODR purposes is support@djtweaks.gg.
