By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing any service from DJ PC Tweaks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.
By completing a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the legal guardian of the individual receiving the service and accept full responsibility on their behalf. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and DJ PC Tweaks.
You also expressly request the immediate performance of our service upon payment and acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law once the service has commenced. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not complete your purchase until you are ready to proceed with the session.
DJ PC Tweaks provides manual, human-performed PC optimization services delivered via live, real-time remote sessions using AnyDesk remote desktop software. Services currently offered include:
All work is performed manually by a live technician. We do not use automated scripts, bots, or pre-packaged tools running without human oversight. The exact scope of work may vary based on the current state and specific hardware of your system.

Full payment is required before any session is scheduled or begins. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the full stated amount.
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change for future purchases without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by your financial institution.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. However, by completing a purchase on this website, you expressly request that we begin performance of the service immediately and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has commenced (i.e., once our technician connects to your PC via AnyDesk).
If you do not wish to waive this right, you may request a session to be scheduled more than 14 days from your purchase date by contacting us via Discord before any connection is made, and your right of withdrawal will remain intact until the session begins or the 14-day period expires, whichever comes first.
This provision does not affect any mandatory rights you may hold under the applicable law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

You agree that initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal for a session that has commenced constitutes a material breach of these Terms and a false representation of non-delivery to your financial institution.

By purchasing a session, you represent and warrant that:
Sessions involve real-time remote access to your PC via AnyDesk. You grant us temporary, session-limited access solely for the purpose of the purchased optimization service. We will not access, copy, transmit, or retain your personal files, documents, passwords, or private data.
You are responsible for closing any applications containing sensitive information before the session begins. You may monitor the session in real time and terminate the AnyDesk connection at any moment. Terminating the session early does not entitle you to a refund.
We may retain session metadata (connection time, duration, general scope of work) for business records and dispute resolution purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
DJ PC Tweaks processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and applicable Portuguese data protection law. The data we collect includes your email address (provided at checkout), Discord username (for communication and booking), and session metadata (connection timestamps, duration, service purchased).
Your data is collected for the purposes of delivering the purchased service, processing payment via Stripe, and maintaining records for dispute resolution. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required to deliver the service (Stripe for payment processing, AnyDesk for remote session delivery) or where required by law.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legitimate record-keeping obligations. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@djtweaks.gg. Disputes regarding data processing may be lodged with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at cnpd.pt.
All optimization methodologies, techniques, processes, and session content are the proprietary intellectual property of DJ PC Tweaks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our methods. Unauthorized recording or distribution of session content constitutes copyright infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DJ PC Tweaks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to: data loss, hardware failures caused by pre-existing faults, third-party software conflicts, loss of gaming rank or in-game progress, or damages arising from your failure to back up data prior to the session.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to our services is strictly limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific performance expectations or that results will be permanent or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DJ PC Tweaks and its representatives from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) misrepresentation of PC ownership or authorization; (c) use of our services for any unlawful purpose; or (d) any fraudulent chargeback you initiate for a delivered service.
You may not use our services or Discord community to: engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity; harass or threaten our staff or community members; attempt to extract proprietary information through deceptive means; resell or commercially exploit knowledge gained through your session; impersonate DJ PC Tweaks or its staff; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
DJ PC Tweaks shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: technical failures of third-party platforms (AnyDesk, Discord, Stripe), internet outages, power failures, acts of God, illness, or government restrictions. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected session at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund of any undelivered session will be issued.
Our services depend on AnyDesk, Discord, and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions by these platforms. If a session cannot proceed due to a third-party platform failure before commencement, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law and, where applicable, European Union law. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to the competent Portuguese courts or, for consumers residing in the EU, to an alternative dispute resolution body via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Nothing in this clause affects your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence if required by mandatory applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DJ PC Tweaks with respect to our services.
